We are still the church, let's be the church!
We will be meeting together for Worship online
on Sundays at 10:15 am
Re-Gathering for Worship
On May 24th we will begin opening for worship.
Good morning church,
We want to keep everyone informed about the church's worship options beginning May 24th.
I have copied the letter from the elders and attached a copy of the Vernon County Health Dept. recommendations after the Supreme Court decision last week.
First and foremost, we want everyone to know that gathering at the church is totally optional and only those who feel comfortable in a public gathering should attend. If you are feeling ill, have a temperature, or any symptoms, please do not come to the church. Also, if you feel vulnerable, or have any other health concerns, we want you to be very careful about attending until you feel it is safe to do so.
The elders are reluctant to advise more beyond what our local health department is advising so they want us all to follow those guidelines.
We will continue our complete online service at 10:15 am and it will be available to watch anytime during the week. We are trying to be sensitive to the needs and desires of many people and there is no one solution that will work for everyone.
Please note that at this time, there will be no Sunday School, children or youth ministry offered.
What we do and how we do it may change as time progresses.
From the elders.....
Greetings Viroqua Church,
In the past two months, to say we have experienced significant changes in our daily lives would be an understatement. The ministry teams have done an exceptional job of adapting to bring us together for Sunday worship, not to mention Ray and Susanne's dedication to prayer each evening at 6:30. and Andrew's efforts to hold Zoom youth meetings. We, the Elders, are extremely appreciative of everyone that has helped us in this manner.
In the weeks ahead we will be adapting our worship format in compliance with the state guidelines. We will continue to offer live broadcasts of our worship services on Sunday mornings. Beginning May 24, 2020 those who choose to join us at the church for worship may do so. We simply ask that you follow the current guidelines set forth by Wisconsin’s Supreme Court and Vernon County then choose which form of worship you feel comfortable in attending.
In all things, we give thanks to God and pray that Jesus would be glorified.
Carl, Ed, and Mike

Mission and Vision
TO BE DISCIPLES WHO MAKE DISCIPLES OF JESUS CHRIST.
Matthew 28:18-20 (NIV) Then Jesus came to them and said, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
OUR VISION IS TO BECOME A CONNECTING CHURCH BY:
Connecting to God through worship and the Word.
Connecting to one another through community and ministry.
Connecting Others to God through redemptive relationships.
